About Us
OUR COMMITMENT
At Sandy Actors Theatre, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the magic of theatre and we are dedicated to making that a reality for all of our patrons.
We understand that accessibility means different things to different people, so we strive to create an environment that is welcoming and accommodating to all. Our goal is to ensure that every person who visits our theatre feels valued and supported and has access to the same high-quality experience.
We know that accessibility is an ongoing process and we welcome feedback from our patrons on how we can continue to improve. We are proud of our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and access and we look forward to providing a positive experience to all who visit our theatre. Thank you for choosing us as your destination for live entertainment.

ACCESSIBILITY
Wheelchair Access
SAT has a wheelchair lift for our patrons that is located as you enter the front door.
Electronic Devices
Please silence and refrain from using phones and electronic devices during performances. Please also deactivate alarms on electronic devices. We have assisted listening devices for checkout before the show at the Box Office.
Information Desk
Our information desk also serves as our tickets counter, which can be found at the top of the stairs. We provide information, services, tools, or print material to aid in accessibility
Arrival
Please arrive at the theatre on time. As a courtesy to patrons and performers, latecomers are seated at the discretion of the management. We cannot guarantee your seating location if you arrive after the start of the performance. No children under 6.
Ticketing
Tickets may be purchased on-line at our website: www.sandyactorstheatre.org, or at the door. We do not offer refunds unless a performance is cancelled. If a need arises to change a performance date before the performance, send an email to it@sandyactorstheatre.org.
Parking
Parking is always at a premium in and around the theater. On Sundays, DO NOT park in ACE Hardware designated slots. We strive to be good neighbors. Additional parking is available in the Sandy River Plaza located across SE Meinig Street from the theater doors. This is particularly nice for Sunday performances.
Concessions
Concession are available for $2.00 before the performance begins and during intermission and may be taken into the auditorium. We only accept cash and ask that you refrain from making purchases with large denominations ($20.00 bills). In order to keep our theater clean during the run of a play, we also ask that you bring out all of your trash and place it in the receptical in the lobby.
Restrooms
As you face the stage, restrooms are located down the hall on the left. Both public restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
